Return and Exchange Policy for Online Purchases

At Berg Jewelry & Gifts, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the following terms and conditions apply to returns and exchanges:

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
- You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of the purchase date.
- All returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, complete with original packaging, documentation, and any accessories included with the original purchase.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Special order items, custom-sized rings (any size outside of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10), and diamond jewelry are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Black Hills Gold Jewelry:
- Returns of Black Hills Gold items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

4. Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

5. Exceptions:
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
