If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order  for a full refund or exchange it for something else.*

*You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

*Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

*Special order items and or diamond jewelry are non-returnable.

*All Black Hills Gold Returns have a 15% restocking fee.

*Custom sized rings are non-returnable. (Any half size or oversized ring. Standard sizes are 5-6-7-8-9-10)

*Worn or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
