In-Store Return Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. You may return your items within 48hrs for a full refund*. After the 48-hour grace period you may
return your items for in store credit, limited to 30 days from purchase date.

*All Black Hills Gold Returns have a 15% restocking fee.

*Custom sized rings are nonreturnable.

*Special order items and or diamond jewelry are non-returnable.

*Worn or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
