1. Receipt Requirement:

   - All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

2. Return Period:

   - Items may be returned within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

   - After the 48-hour grace period, items may be returned for in-store credit only, within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

   - Custom-sized rings (any size outside of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10) are non-returnable.

   - Special order items and diamond jewelry are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Black Hills Gold Jewelry:

   - Returns of Black Hills Gold items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

5. Condition of Returned Items:

   - Items must be in their original, unworn condition and free from any signs of wear or damage.

   - Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
